The track was subsequently remixed numerous times under the title of the year the remix was produced (i.e. 1999, 2000 etc.) On the UK singles chart , "1998" peaked at #24[1] in the UK Singles Chart whereas "1999" narrowly missed the Top 10, peaking at #11.[1]
